Our standard deliveries are free, as long as you place a minimum order of BD20.
If your order amount is less than BD20, you will be charged an additional BD2 for delivery.
Orders have to be made one (1) day before the delivery time for processing.
Cash on delivery payment method only applies if the billing and delivery addresses are the same.
Cash on delivery cancellation is accepted within 2 hours since the Online Order is executed. If the material is out for delivery , and the cancellation notification is not received, the delivery charges will apply.
If you decide to postpone your order, you have to contact us six hours before the delivery time on regular days, and twenty-four hours During Valentine’s day (13th to 15th February) and Mother’s Day (20th to 21st March).
If the recipient refuses to accept the order, it will be brought back to our shop with neither refund or exchange.
During Valentine’s and Mother’s Day, Tree of Life/Afnan Flowers does not guarantee specific timings for delivery, but we do guarantee that your order will be delivered on the requested date.
Our drivers start delivering orders at 10 AM.
Delays may happen because of the following reasons:
– Heavy number of deliveries
– Closed routes caused by political events, Traffic caused by car accidents
– Weather conditions, which make delivery impossible
– There is nobody to receive the order
– Any unforeseen pandemic such as Covid-19
– All items are not subject to refund or return
